Countdown to Lazy Bear...
Lazy Bear is a weekend getaway for bears and their admirers. The Hubby have volunteering for the past two years. This year is no exception. We'll be working the Headquarters Location on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This year, the bear club Scott and I put together The Sacramento WOOF! Society will be hosting the bonfires the week of Lazy Bear. It's gonna be amazing! Special Thanks to our very good (and woofy) friend Harry for giving us the opportunity to be part of Lazy Bear in a huge way.

That's it! I'm all packed and ready to go. The temperature looks to be in the high 90's all weekend. Those muscle t's are gonna be greatly appreciated!

Almost Lazy Bear time!
Two days left till me and the Hubby head off for our 5 day weekend trip for Lazy Bear!!
I am so excited! I was looking at the Lazy Bear website and noticed a "special screening" on Thursday night. Last year Castrobear Presents previewed Bear Cub. Castrobear promises we wont be disappointed. I can't wait.

Hell Yeah!
We just got back from the Lazy Bear scout trip and boy am I jazzed!
Looks like everything is set and ready to go. From pool parties to night life. This Lazy Bear is going to be awesome.
I also got a heads up the first 250 people who pre order their Bear Tags get a goodie bag with a an awesome DVD inside.
I may have to buy a bear tag soon.

Lazy Bear Scout Trip!
So this upcoming weekend, I'm heading up to the Russian River to check things out for this years Lazy Bear Weekend. It should be a blast. The Co-Chairs and myself are gonna fine tune the volunteer stations and stuff. I'll report on Sunday when I get back

Since I'm the volunteer guy for Lazy Bear, I'm putting this out there....
If you want to volunteer for Lazy Bear weekend. all ya got to do is email me for information.
I have shifts all weekend still open. Thursday thru Sunday. from 10 am to 4 pm.
Here's the deal. If you volunteer for two shifts (10-4), you'll get a Bear Tag for free. The Bear Tag gets ya into all the parties AND all the beer from the beer bust you can drink for free!
It's a sweet deal.

Phase 1
So I decided to make a few phone calls and get the Lazy Bear Weekend planning process started. I have a Co-Chair on this committee and he's a sweet guy. I feel a bunch better knowing that he's on board. So far I have a total of five active committee members. Yeah I need at least 20. Lazy Bear's in July so I need to get the ball rolling now.
Phase two will begin as soon as I'm done rounding up the rest of the committee. Then... the real fun begins!
