OMG OMG OMG!!

Tomorrow is Day Zero!
The AIDS Lifecycle Ride Starts on Sunday, but tomorrow we register and watch all those wacky safety videos. I have been fidgety all day and all night last night. I hardly slept a wink. I'm so excited yet a but freaked out because it's 7 days of tent living and the intense volunteering task a head. But I'm ready!

The ALC sent this message out yesterday. Please check it out and show some support for my hubby, my hero! Scott!

I'll report as soon as I can! See ya in a few weeks!!
As you pack your sunscreen, create your "out of office" email response and prepare to travel down the coast of California next week, we'd like to THANK YOU for your support of AIDS/LifeCycle. We know that the incredible success of AIDS/LifeCycle 5 is due to the heartfelt dedication of Cyclists and Roadies like you.

Before leaving, invite your family and friends to see AIDS/LifeCycle through your eyes with "Experience AIDS/LifeCycle 2006" at http://experience.aidslifecycle.org/

Starting Monday June 5, the AIDS/LifeCycle web team will post:

* A written travelogue from the road, summarizing the previous day's highlights
* Daily audio podcasts -- for a preview, visit http://experience.aidslifecycle.org/2006/podcast/
* A variety of event photos (starring YOU!)
* Online blogs written by five participants as they experience life on the road and in camp

Throughout the event, messages of support can be retrieved in camp by individual participants or read by the entire community of cyclists and roadies. Messages can be sent from http://experience.aidslifecycle.org/2006/support/

If you have FANS who would like to be a part of AIDS/LifeCycle Opening Ceremonies in San Francisco or Closing Ceremonies in Los Angeles, the details can be found at http://www.aidslifecycle.org/ceremonies.html.

See you on Saturday,

-AIDS/LifeCycle Staff
