Justice League Heroes

As I understand it there was a copyright problem. When DC bought Superman they didn't specifically buy the Superboy charicter, also. So some heir tried sueing for copyright infringement. There's obviously some plan to bring Conner back, but unsure what future "Superboy" has in the DC future.
